New City Pioneers exists to design and build a new generation of American cities—affordable, resilient, and human-required—by rethinking urban development from the ground up. We aim to solve today’s most urgent challenges in housing, infrastructure, and employment by creating entirely new communities that expand opportunity, promote sustainability, and restore the American Dream.
